14 calendar days after receiving item(s).

2. Return Conditions

Unworn, unwashed, tags attached. Exceptions: underwear, swimwear, earrings (hygiene), custom items.

3. Return Process

Email  service@godaot.com within 14 days. We reply within 2 business days with return address. Ship via trackable method. Inspection within 5 business days.

4. Return Shipping Cost

Change of mind: buyer pays. Defective/wrong item: we pay (provide receipt).

5. Refund Method

Refund to original payment (including PayPal). 5-10 business days.

6. Non-returnable Items

Past 14 days, used/washed, missing tags, gift cards, clearance.

7. Defective or Wrong Items

Contact within 7 days with photos/videos. Free replacement or full refund.
